We are experts at structuring deals and negotiating contracts.  The days of easy, lucrative compensation packages are over. You need someone who understands the market and knows the potential salaries and benefits and is skilled at pushing for a compensation package you deserve.  It’s also important to know how to leverage your talent and skills over the 500 other applicants for a job.  Our previous experience as news executives gives us an advantage at knowing what can be accomplished in your deal and when to say “no” to a potential employer.

CLIENT PLACEMENT

MediaStars specializes in knowing where the jobs are – often times before they’re officially open.  Our reputation for providing top talent prompts vice presidents, news directors and network talent recruiters to call us when they’re looking for strong performers.  Anyone can monitor the online job services, but not everyone gets calls for the “unpublished” positions.  In addition, we’re constantly on the phone making contacts and checking in for the latest updates.  We will never guarantee a job offer, but we’re confident your demo will be watched.
